Find Happiness at Encanterra’s Live Happier Fair

Find Happiness Encanterra’s Live Happier Fair main

How do you find happiness? I create my happiness by trying new adventures and learning new skills. I was able to do both at the Encanterra’s Live Happier Fair. Read along as we share the different booths of happiness that Encanterra provided.

Wine Tastings and Education

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits featured Meioni Coastal California Wines. They are a multi-generational, family-owned company. The host was able to share information about the wines. How they are made and where they come from. Do you like learning how things are made?

Mixed Spirits Tastings

Fling from Boulevard Brewing is all-natural, spirit-based, ready-to-drink craft cocktails. They have 6 different flavors. On this day, they bought 3 of the flavors to share: Blood orange vodka soda, Cucumber lime gin and tonic, and Mai Tai. My favorite was the Mai Tai. I like mixed drinks and avoid beers. When I walked up to the table, my first question was, “Will they taste like beer?” None of the drinks tasted like beer.

Chocolate Decorating Demo and Tasting

This was a fun table to watch the host layer different chocolates over each other. The whipped chocolate was on the bottom, then white and dark chocolate was carefully designed in lines, finally, the chipped white chocolate on top. Yum!

Five Minute Massages

A 5-minute massage might not sound very long but it is just long enough to remind you to book a full hour massage. I liked when they ask what body part would you like us to concentrate on. On this day I said my lower back. I felt so relaxed that I almost fell asleep within 5 mins. I love relaxing. The massages were provided by Alvea Spa.

Happiness with Live Music and Dancing

Live-music- Final Happiness, forever sabbatical

There was a live band for dancing. The music was provided by Prime Time. They sang many country songs that I love. When the singer took breaks the keyboard player would play wonderful instrumental music. I enjoyed sitting outside and listening to them perform.

Win-A-Wine-Bottle Ring Toss

Here is where learning a new skill comes into play. This booth had many wine bottles stacked low and high. The rings were larger than past ring toss games that Hunter and I have played. I saw many people win the bottle of wine.

Smoothie Tastings Bar

Here we tasted three different smoothies: Sedona Sunrise, Palo Verde and Strawberry Banana. I enjoyed all three. It was hard to choose a favorite.

Wine Chair Yoga

Alvea Spa provides a chair yoga class. Today they let us try a class. I found a comfortable chair. Then the instructor led us in a series of stretches that felt great. This was a new style of class for me. Have you taken a chair yoga class? After the class was over, we each received a glass of wine.

Happiness at Bistro 1528

If you are in Queen Creek/ San Tan Valley, AZ area check out Bistro 1528 restaurant. There is a dress code, therefore review it before you visit. Bistro 1528 shared a variety of samples at the event. The samples included Swedish meatballs, hummus (roasted pepper) and spinach dip. I sampled all of them and enjoyed them all.

Encanterra provides many activates that create happiness. You just have to try them. Last month we attended the Encanterra Wellness Fair, where they provided many samplings of health classes and health-related booths. What are you going to do today to make yourself happy?

  1. I’ve never been to anything like this, but it looks like so much fun! Any time I can get a massage, even if only for 5 minutes, I’ll do it. Throw in some chocolate and I’ll be set. What a fun way to spend a few hours.

  2. Oh my, that’s a fantastic sample party! The 5 minute massage sounds blissful, and I’d love to try my hand at the wine ring toss. And the food! Thanks for sharing.

  3. I love smoothies so I probably would start there and work my way around to try everything ending with the yoga wine.
