Time to flashback to a few weeks ago and relive the Cinco De Mayo Fiesta and Tequila Tasting. Think about what makes a great fiesta. Follow along to see if your list of what makes a great fiesta match ours.
A Good Fun Crowd
Bring your own crowd and you are sure to have a great time. Make new friends. It is a time of celebration. Just remember to have a designated driver or hire a ride to get home safe.
Tequila Tasting
At this Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, three vendors brought multiple different tequilas to sample. For example, there was Jose Cuervo Traditional. 1800 which is 100% Agave and reported to be the third most popular brand in the U.S. Another tequila was Partida which is considered a premium pour.
Giveaways
All three vendors brought fun giveaways such as T-shirts. One vendor handed out glass shot glasses. Another vendor giveaway a shot glass on a lanyard that goes around your neck so that you will not lose the shot glass. They are very thoughtful because no one wants to lose their shot glass.
Margaritas
Margaritas! So many margaritas, is that a bad thing? No, it is not. The bar used 3 Amigos Tequila and had multiple flavors to choose from – Prickly Pear, Mango, Strawberry, and Peach. Which would you try? All of them?
Live Music
The Mariachi Chapala was wonderful. The group would move around the venue to play for everyone. Their songs were traditional Mariachi music. Many times throughout the event I saw people dancing which the band encouraged. The vocal range of each singer was fantastic and very impressive.

The Mariachi Music sounds like it would be my favorite part. So lively and fun to dance to!
